What We Do: RJ Alpha provides high-quality cryptocurrency research, analysis, and analytical tools. Our team has deep experience in market analysis, and many of our users find our insights valuable for informing their investment decisions. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or provide access to any exchange. You make your own decisions about what to do with our analysis.

While we take pride in the quality of our analysis, using our platform does not create a formal advisory relationship or contract between us. Our content, including signals, rankings, charts, and commentary, represents our opinions and analytical outputs, not personalised recommendations for your specific financial situation.

Your Decisions, Your Responsibility: How you use our analysis is entirely up to you. We share what we believe are valuable insights, but you decide whether and how to act on them. This includes investment losses, lost profits, or any other financial harm. By using this platform, you acknowledge that all investment decisions are yours alone, and you assume full responsibility for any outcomes.

Data Collection: We collect your email address, name, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to our services. When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name, email).

Referral Tracking (Optional): Only if you accept cookies via our banner, we record which referral source brought you to our platform to support our partners. We use Affonso, a third-party service, to track referrals and payment history for affiliate attribution. This information is attached to your profile and shared only with Affonso for referral tracking purposes.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics (Optional): We use Cloudflare as our CDN and edge protection provider. Only if you accept cookies, we also use Cloudflare RUM (Real User Monitoring) to measure site performance. This collects page load times, navigation metrics, and device/browser information to help us improve the site. Cloudflare RUM does not record keystrokes or session replay content.

PostHog Product Analytics: We use PostHog Cloud EU for analytics. Before consent or after rejection, cookieless page, performance and error measurement uses a daily hash derived from request data instead of an analytics cookie. After consent, product events can be linked to your internal user ID. Replay masks text and inputs and excludes sensitive pages. We do not intentionally send names, emails, passwords or card details. Server-side trial, subscription and confirmed-payment metadata is sent independently of browser consent. PostHog AI and its third-party model providers may analyze this data to identify issues and improvements. EU hosting does not mean all AI processing stays in the EU. Withdraw optional browser tracking through Cookie settings in the footer. We also send authenticated MCP tool names, access tier, outcomes and timing, plus AI model, token counts and estimated costs. Tool arguments, results, prompts and replies are excluded. Optional surveys collect your selected answers after analytics consent.

Umami Website Analytics: Our self-hosted Umami service still receives limited server-side milestone events. Its browser tracker and session recorder are no longer loaded.

Essential Cookies: We store theme preferences, chart/table settings, and other functionality preferences locally in your browser. These are necessary for site operation and do not track your behavior.

Data Usage: We use your data for user authentication, providing access to financial analysis, sending account notifications, and processing payments.

Data Sharing: We do not sell personal information. Our providers include Stripe for payments, Affonso for referrals, PostHog Cloud EU and its AI subprocessors for analytics, and Cloudflare for delivery and protection.

Data Security: We use industry-standard security measures including the highest grade reasonable encryption and Argon2id password hashing to protect your information during transmission and storage. Our application infrastructure is primarily hosted on EU servers.

Data Retention: We retain account information while your account exists. Account deletion triggers removal of linked account data and a request to delete your linked PostHog profile and events. Cookieless measurements cannot reliably be matched to your account; aggregate analytics and other retained records may remain. Payment, security and backup records may be retained under applicable retention requirements. You can delete your account in settings or contact support.

AI Assistant: When you use our AI Chat Assistant feature, your messages and conversation history are processed by OpenAI. This means your chat messages are sent to OpenAI's servers for processing. OpenAI may use this data in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not share any other personal information with OpenAI beyond what you type in the chat. Chat History Retention: Your AI chat conversations are stored on our platform and remain accessible on your dashboard until you delete them. We have access to view chat history for support and moderation purposes. We reserve the right to delete chat history at our discretion.
